As a Weekend Receptionist at Haywood Care Home, you will be the friendly face of the care home, responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, including new enquirers, friends and family members of residents, health & social care professionals, and members of the local community. You will handle all types of enquiries and serve as the first point of contact, providing advice and support both face-to-face and over the telephone.
You will support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties, maintain accurate filing, and work to deadlines. You should be proactive, able to work independently, and ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed promptly.
We're seeking someone with previous receptionist experience who understands the importance of first impressions. You should have excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly manner both over the phone and in person.
