A small, building surveying organisation based in Bangor is seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to support its busy team. Thepany provides a range of professional surveying services and is now expanding its administrative function due to increased workload.
Your new role
As the Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing and responding to iing emails
2. Preparing and issuing quotes for surveys
3. Contacting estate agents and clients to arrange survey appointments
4. Supporting surveyors with report writing and document preparation
5. General administrative duties to support the wider team
This role is based full‑time in the Bangor office. Following initial training, there will be the opportunity to work from home.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Strong administrative experience, ideally within a customer‑focused or office‑based environment
7. Excellent writtenmunication skills, with the ability to produce accurate documents and reports
8. Confident in liaising with clients and external stakeholders
9. Good organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload
