Are you an experienced Helpdesk Operator looking for a stable, part:time role with great daytime hours in Lewisham? Were seeking a skilled, proactive individual to join our team
The Role:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM : 6:00 PM
*
Salary/Rate: Competitive (TBC based on experience)
What Youll Be Doing:
Youll be the first point of contact for all service requests and queries, ensuring they are logged accurately and passed to the correct teams for action. This involves:
*
Logging, prioritising, and tracking service requests and incidents.
*
Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
*
Managing and updating data within our systems.
What Youll Need:
*
ESSENTIAL: Significant previous experience working in a busy helpdesk or similar service environment.
*
ESSENTIAL: Proven working knowledge and experience with the CAFM system Maximo.
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*
A professional, friendly, and methodical approach to problem:solving.
