40 Hours per week - Permanent Position
Your Responsibilities
As a Mobile Premises Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Delivering PFI standards for the site, ensuring compliance with contractually set standards and Health and Safety regulations.
* Supporting the Facilities Manager in providing top-notch on-site facilities management services.
* Performing building maintenance duties, including minor repairs and changing low-level lamps.
* Handling outdoor tasks such as litter picking, snow clearing, gritting, weeding, portering duties, and cleaning all areas.
* Receiving deliveries and distributing materials to building users efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for you if:
* You have previous experience in a caretaking and/or portering role.
* You can communicate effectively with customers and build strong relationships.
* You can liaise with contractors and keep site records updated in a timely manner.
* You can manage site security, ensuring all doors and entries are locked and unlocked as needed.
* You hold a Full UK Driver's Licence.
