AbouttheRole
Thisisahigh-volume,client-facingrole,sittingattheheartofthefirmsclientsupportteam.Youwillactasthefirstpointofcontactforinboundclientcalls-upto80perday-acrossvarioushigh-profilecases.Theseincludematterssuchasemissionsclaimsandsensitiveproductliabilitywork.
Youwillbeactivelyinvolvedinongoinglitigation,keptinformedofdevelopments,andwillworkcloselywithPartnersandteamleadstoensureclientsaresupportedwithaccurateandtimelyinformation.
