Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Beauly for a Bathroom Sales Design Consultant. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their bathroom projects, and offering expert advice on layout, style, and product selection. Responsibilities include creating design concepts, preparing quotations, managing client appointments, and contributing to sales. Consultants will also oversee the end-to-end process, working closely with clients to ensure their vision becomes reality.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to understand and meet client needs
* Proficiency in Sales, including the ability to recommend solutions and close deals
* Experience in Interior Design with a focus on practical and aesthetic bathroom layouts
* Knowledge of Furniture and Furnishings relevant to bathroom design projects
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently in an on-site setting
* Previous experience in bathroom design or a related field is an advantage
