ARB Architect with 5 year's experience or experienced Part II to join a vibrant Surrey Studio.
Why You’ll Love Working Here;
This medium sized practice offers the best of both worlds: the professionalism and ambition of a growing studio, paired with the warmth, personality, and family-friendly vibe.
The atmosphere is relaxed but focused, with music playing in the background and a genuinely friendly team who enjoy working together. It’s the kind of place where people stay for the long term, and for good reason.
Let’s talk perks first (because they’re genuinely great):
- Professional subscriptions paid for every employee
- Corporate golf membership available for staff
- A minimum of two fully paid team socials per year
- Flexible working hours, start anytime between 8-9am and finish between 4:30–5:30pm
- Holiday entitlement that increases the longer you’re with the practice.
A warm, inclusive studio environment that values collaboration, creativity, and work life balance. This is a practice that invests in its people, both professionally and personally.
