Project Coordinator
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator to support our clients Project Managers and Directors in delivering complex projects across the UK. As a Project Coordinator you will play a key role throughout the entire project lifecycle, helping to maintain high standards, meet critical deadlines, and ensure smooth coordination between teams, contractors, and clients.
Your Role:
* Assist Project Managers / Project Coordinators in tracking project progress during the pre-construction phase, ensuring all activities stay on schedule.
* Organise and attend site meetings, capturing and distributing detailed minutes.
* Compile tender lists for projects with the support of Project Managers.
* Review and verify drawing measurements against tender returns.
* Provide administrative support across multiple projects to ensure seamless delivery.
* Assist in cost reporting, preparing project-specific reports and budget trackers.
* Keep project programmes updated to maintain key delivery milestones.
* Generate weekly client updates and status reports.
* Enhance and manage the handover/aftercare process across all projects.
What We’re Looking For:
* A driven, solutions-focused self-starter with excellent organisational skills.
* Previous experience supporting project delivery in retail, hospitality, or leisure fit-outs.
* Strong understanding of construction safety standards and health & safety legislation.
* Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Solid experience with contractor or client-side contracts and project management.
* Excellent Excel skills (including formulas and spreadsheet development).
* Clean UK driving licence.
