The Role
This role sits within the marketing team and works closely with Sales and Channel.
You’ll play a key role in making sure our teams have what they need to win, from proposals and prospect decks to partner‑ready, white‑labelled collateral. You will take ownership in maintaining and organising a centralised library of marketing collateral.
You’ll help us move faster, stay consistent, and show up professionally at every touchpoint.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Enablement
* Supporting the creation and refinement of proposals for prospects
* Building and updating slide decks tailored to specific verticals and opportunities
* Customising case studies and supporting materials
* Ensuring brand consistency across all prospect‑facing documents
Partner Enablement
* Creating and adapting white‑labelled materials for partners
* Supporting partner campaigns with tailored assets
* Helping develop co‑branded slide decks and documentation
* Ensuring messaging remains aligned with the CybaVerse brand
What We’re Looking For
* 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role
* Comfortable working in a CRM such as HubSpot
* Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication
* Confident in using Canva and PowerPoint
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple requests at once
Nice To Have
* Experience with ZoomInfo
* Experience in B2B or technology marketing
* Exposure to channel or partner marketing
