Role Accountabilities:
* Undertaking necessary training to ensure competency.
* Demonstrating satisfactory skills development throughout training.
* Undertaking HGV driver training at the required stage.
* Operating waste management equipment professionally and legally.
* Achieving performance standards regarding jobs per day and cleanliness.
* Delivering excellent customer service.
* Carrying out all activities safely and legally.
* Understanding and achieving performance standards.
* Dealing with customers to retain loyalty and provide outstanding service.
* Assisting Driver Operatives to ensure safety and environmental standards.
* Raising issues or concerns with your Line Manager promptly.
