Join our Field Sales Representatives team at Virgin Media O2
As a first point of contact for customers, you'll deliver exceptional service and introduce them to our broadband, mobile, TV, and connectivity products. Sales experience isn’t essential—what matters is your drive, enthusiasm, resilience, and ability to connect with people.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work door-to-door, visiting potential customers at their homes and occasionally small businesses to introduce them to Virgin Media O2. This face-to-face role requires outgoing, proactive individuals who enjoy outdoor work, remain upbeat, and can handle rejection and weather challenges.
Training
In your first three weeks, attend training from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, including self-led learning and in-office sessions with your manager. (Part-time employees must commit to this during training).
Working hours
* Part-time: 16 to 30 hours per week
* Full-time: 37.5 hours per week

* A full UK driving licence
* Ability to work shifts typically between 12:00pm and 8:00pm

* Top earners make £50,000-£70,000 with uncapped commission
