Complete the night audit: Assist the Night Manager with financial reporting, daily reconciliations, and ensure all systems are updated and ready for the day team. Prioritise safety: Monitor guest activity, follow emergency procedures, and ensure the building is secure and calm throughout the night. Be the go-to overnight: Help with guest queries, in-room requests, luggage support and occasional room moves or emergencies, with professionalism and care. Own the desk: Manage phones, emails, and internal handovers, ensuring the next day’s team is fully up to speed. Keep things running: Collaborate with night housekeeping or security as needed to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. What’s Your Story? You’re reliable, independent, and cool under pressure, with a natural sense of calm and confidence.
