What will I be doing?
The role involves carrying out Induction Inspections on SafranHE engines and modules, focusing on Quality, Cost, TAT, and customer satisfaction.
1. Perform arrival inventory on engines/modules entering the Pre Induction Shop. Analyze engine documentation and conduct a preliminary inspection.
2. Identify discrepancies (missing LRUs, excessive erosion) early in the process.
3. Ensure all necessary engine information (TSO, CSO, power checks, etc.) is available to proceed with level 4 processes without delays.
4. Explore repair possibilities within a level 3 maintenance centre.
5. Update SAP Installed Base, Cockpit Work scope, and prepare the Pre Induction Report.
6. Carry out secondary duties as assigned by the manager.
7. Follow Company Operating Systems, policies, and procedures.
8. Adhere to HSE legislation, report any risks.
9. Continuously seek process improvements and take responsibility for implementation.
10. Support and promote company values and behaviors.
What do you need from me?
Knowledge: Experience with Safran Helicopter Engine families (Arriel, Arrius, Makila) inspection.
Skills: Mechanical engineering experience post-apprenticeship.
Qualities: Maintain high quality standards, produce accurate engine inspection reports.
