Johnson’s Cars is one of the UK’s leading independent franchise dealership networks, with 53 multi‑award‑winning dealerships across the UK. Established in 1999, we now represent a variety of global car manufacturers with 15 marques, including Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat, Hyundai, Ford, Honda, Suzuki, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, and Mazda. We are inviting applications for a Used Car Sales Executive role at our Mazda & Used Car dealership in Oxford.

Base salary: £20,000 with a realistic on‑target earnings (OTE) of up to £45,000. Week: 5 days, Monday through Sunday.

Role And Responsibilities

* Treat every customer that walks into the dealership, sends you an email, or calls you about buying a car.
* Learn about your customers – focus on the small details that make a difference.
* Support customers in buying new or used cars to help us achieve targets.
* Work individually and as part of a team to keep potential and existing customers up to date by sending videos and checking in with updates.


The Ideal Candidate Will

* Take pride in maximising sales and profit opportunities while delivering exceptional professionalism and customer satisfaction.
* Be goal‑focused, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be a self‑motivated team player and target achiever.
* Hold a minimum of 12 months’ successful track record in a customer‑facing, target‑driven sales environment.
* Hold a valid UK driving licence for at least 12 months.
