We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and shape our digital marketing activity. This is a varied and rewarding role where strategy meets hands‑on delivery, and where your ideas will directly drive growth, engagement and long‑term value.
About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of planning, executing and optimising digital campaigns across the business.
Working closely with our Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing & Communications team and commercial teams, you’ll translate business goals into high‑performing digital campaign, using insight, data and creativity to deliver real commercial impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the full digital marketing mix, including:
* Campaign Management: Plan, deliver, and optimise campaigns across email, paid social, Google Ads, and SEO
* Email Marketing: Build and execute targeted, segmented campaigns and automated journeys (including MQLs, SQLs, events, and customer programmes)
* Paid Media: Manage and optimise paid social and Google Ads to maximise ROI
* SEO & Organic Growth: Drive SEO/AEO/GEO strategies to improve visibility and traffic
* Performance & Analytics: Track, analyse, and report on performance against KPIs—continually refining strategy
* Content Collaboration: Work with the marketing and communications team to create engaging, modern content
* Cross‑Team Working: Partner with teams across the business to align digital activity with wider objectives
* You’ll also stay ahead of digital trends, bring fresh ideas to the table, and support the wider team during busy periods.
What you’ll bring
We’re after someone who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, someone who can see the bigger picture while executing the detail brilliantly.
* Proven experience in digital marketing (including Meta platforms, email, paid social, and Google Ads)
* Strong understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies
* Experience using email service providers (ESP) and marketing automation tools
* Confidence working with data, analytics, and performance reporting
* Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets
* Experience leading or managing a team
* Experience working across multiple brands or business units
* Knowledge of CRM systems, APIs, or marketing automation platforms
* Understanding of the agricultural sector or rural business challenges
