Our client, a family-owned business specializing in fabrication and engineering, is currently seeking two Trainee Pipe Fitters to join their growing team based near Andover.

About the Role:
As a Trainee Pipe Fitter, you will support senior team members and gain valuable experience in:
Threaded pipework installation
Interpreting engineering assembly and fabrication drawings
Preparing materials for fabrication
Mechanical fit-up of welded pipework
Conducting pressure testing
Spray painting and finishing
Performing inspections and reviewing certifications
What We're Looking For:
GCSEs (Grade 5 or above) in Maths and English (essential)
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A friendly, respectful, and professional attitude
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Location: Andover
Duration: 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Rate: £12.21 per hour (basic rate)
Full training provided
Free on-site parking
28 days holiday per year
