About the Role
The role involves fulfilling the professional responsibilities of a teacher, as set out in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions document, and meeting the expectations within the Teachers’ Standards. For those appointed on the Upper Pay Scale, you will demonstrate high levels of competence and contribute significantly to the wider life of the school, supporting colleagues through mentoring, leading aspects of curriculum development and modelling excellent practice.
