Our client based in Windsor is currently recruiting for a Finance/Accounting Assistant to get them through a busy period. This position would suit a graduate with none/limited finance experience looking to start their career within finance. The hours will be Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm and the work will be available on an on-going period. Ideally you will commute via public transport as parking is limited. Key responsibilities include: Processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements in multiple currencies Managing high-volume venue correspondence through Finance ticket handling, ensuring timely, efficient, and professional query management Maintaining and updating the electronic invoice filing system Handle company banking activities, ensuring all transactions are completed in a timely manner Provide support to the Accounts Receivable team as needed Training will be provided for all duties Key requirements Proactive mindset Ability to use initiative Strong organisational skills Able to work effectively within a team Must have a genuine interest in accounting and finance along with a finance and accounting relevant degree The benefits of being a temporary worker through Bucks & Berks Recruitment: A friendly and supportive temps' team; we are here to answer any questions and support you in your role.
