Your Role
As the face of Komplex Group for new talent, you’ll play a key role in shaping first impressions and building lasting connections. Communication is everything, you’ll engage candidates with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
Your responsibilities include:
* First point of contact for HR queries, providing clear and practical advice.
* Support and lead on employee relations cases (attendance, conduct, performance, grievances).
* Advise managers on applying HR policies fairly and consistently.
* Maintain accurate case documentation and records.
* Assist with investigations and fact-finding when required.

* Strong communication skills, you’ll be the voice and face of Komplex Group for new hires
* Business Admin Level 2 (or working towards it)
