About the Role
The CBRE LEV Manager plays a key part in delivering business objectives by leading the effective management of Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) services across the account. You will take full ownership of LEV service delivery, acting as the primary point of escalation and driving consistently high standards of performance. You will shape and guide operational delivery, regularly reviewing and evolving the service scope to optimise system reliability, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide overall leadership for Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) systems across the client portfolio
* Ensure all LEV systems meet the requirements of COSHH legislation and HSG258 guidance
* Manage inspection programmes, remedial actions, and associated technical records
* Support the design, installation, and commissioning of new or upgraded LEV systems
* Offer technical expertise and direction to site-based teams and supply chain partners
* Deliver training and promote best practice in LEV operation and maintenance
* Maintain robust records and reporting to support audits and regulatory compliance
* Work closely with key stakeholders to embed continuous improvement and a strong safety culture
Person Specification
* BOHS P601 qualification (or equivalent) with in-depth LEV technical expertise
* Proven experience overseeing LEV systems within complex or highly regulated environments
* Strong capability in reviewing technical reports, making informed decisions, and advising stakeholders
* An effective communicator with a proactive, collaborative mindset
* Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational performance
* Confident in managing contractors and influencing across multidisciplinary teams
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and driven to maintain high-quality standards
