Private Client Solicitor – Swansea – 1–3 Years PQE
Location: Swansea
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with some flexibility)
Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 (depending on experience)
Chadwick Nott are delighted to be working with a highly respected law firm seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
* Wills and probate
* Tax planning and estate administration
* Lasting powers of attorney and registration of enduring powers of attorney
* Applications to the Court of Protection
* Advising attorneys and Court of Protection appointed Deputies
* Creation and administration of Trusts
* Residential conveyancing matters
* Assisting Senior Associates and Partners while developing your own caseload
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
* 1–3 years PQE (more experienced candidates will also be considered)
* Experience in wills and probate (preferable)
* Broad procedural knowledge across private client matters
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* A sincere and caring disposition
* Confidence in managing matters independently
* Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
