What you’ll be doing
Directly reporting to the Director of Strategy and Growth, this role will suit someone who always wants to design solutions for major brands. You will bring together experience in technology, consultancy and data to propose solutions for major brands. Whether it’s in written proposals, slides or pitches you’ll be able to clearly articulate solutions to clients and create compelling, value-based reasoning for them to select CACI.
For inspiration, you’ll be working with an incredible new business and account team who are used to winning with major brands. They will provide incredible opportunities to consult with leaders across retail, financial services, travel, and many other sectors on strategically important customer transformation.
Whilst this role reports into the growth function of CACI, you will draw on the experience and skills of our Customer Engagement, Consulting MarTech, and Data Science teams. They will provide the resources and specialism needed to create the solution that delivers change for our clients.
Everyday will be different for you, providing a constant intellectual stimulation and energy to the role. Typical tasks will include:
* Briefing meetings: Reviewing and interpreting client briefs to ensure that CACI can find clear win themes.
* Bid response: Drawing on our expertise to write and design compelling proposals and pitches.
* Account planning: Identifying the “what next” for clients to help CACI retain and grow accounts.
* Partner engagement: With the Partner Manager, engaging partners such as Adobe, Braze and Snowflake to understand how their product marries up to CACI’s data and services.
* Marketing content: Providing thought leadership to our marketing team.
* Proposition refinement: Assisting our delivery teams in defining go-to market plans.

Participation in NextGen and Consultant Network is strongly advised. Like all development programmes, the more you contribute the more you will get out of it.

The key to our success is our teamwork and collaboration and that tends to work best when we are all in the office working together. That said, we fully appreciate that everyone leads busy lives, and we can’t always be in the office. This is why we embrace flexible working expecting people to come in 2-3 times per week.

Everyone has different training requirements which means everyone has their own training plan. A bespoke training plan will be created for you when you join.
