Responsibilities
- Lead $1B+ hospital builds from concept to completion
- Sit at the table with government bodies, investors & JV partners
- Influence delivery strategies across P3, Alliance & Design‑Build models
- Drive performance across engineering, commercial & delivery teams
- Lead financial performance, risk, and strategic outcomes
Qualifications
- 20+ years in construction with proven senior leadership
- Delivered $1B+ healthcare / institutional projects
- Strong background in P3 / EPC / Design‑Build delivery
- Experienced managing joint ventures & global partners
- A leader who builds teams, not just projects
