KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise and lead a team of furniture installers on-siteAttend site meetings and liaise directly with clients and contractorsEnsure installations are completed on time, to specification, and to a high standardConduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and ensure health & safety complianceCoordinate van loading, delivery, and offloading of furnitureAct as the first point of contact for the team and report directly to company directorIdentify and resolve any on-site issues efficientlyTake photos and keep accurate records of completed workREQUIREMENTS:Proven experience in furniture installations or office fit-outsStrong leadership skills and a proactive attitudeConfident dealing with clients and contractorsExcellent time management and organisational skillsFull UK driving licence (essential)SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (preferred but not essential)CSCS card (preferred – or willingness to obtain)Ability to read floorplans/drawings is a bonusWHAT WE OFFER:Competitive salary Company van and uniform providedClear progression opportunities as the business expandsWork on high-profile projects across London and beyondBe part of a growing, supportive, and ambitious team
