Our client is recruiting for an experienced commercial insurance Development Executive in the SouthWest to enhance the growth of their longstanding and well revered specialist division.
A wealth of leads and prospects are in play for an outstanding proposition that has been in the market for some 15 years.
Role
* As a Development Executive, driving new business growth, engaging with warm leads and converting them into longstanding clients
* You will be working with a refined database of prospects to position the widest insurance product and proposition
* Working alongside technical experts and the in-house risk management team to highlight gaps in coverage, to then provide a best of breed response
* Building trust across all levels of the business, you will work with the prospect to finalise the proposition, and seek the appointment
* The individual can be based anywhere around the SW corridor - Reading across to Bristol

* You must have proven success as a Development Executive in the Commercial insurance sector
* You must have knowledge of the Commercial insurance - albeit you do NOT need to be an expert
* As a Development Executive, you must have confidence and clarity in communication, both written and verbal
* You must have relentless drive, energy and motivation to exceed targets
* You must be able to show sharp negotiation skills and the ability to influence
