Atrium Healthcare is proud to be recruiting a Registered Manager on behalf of a trusted supported living provider. We're looking for someone who combines regulatory expertise with a people-first leadership approach to guide teams and services toward excellence.
In This Role, You Will:
* Lead multi-disciplinary teams with vision, energy, and compassion
* Ensure care delivery is safe, empowering, and tailored to each person’s needs
* Maintain CQC registration and drive full compliance with care legislation
* Oversee recruitment, staff development, and operational excellence
* Foster positive partnerships with families, professionals, and local authorities
About You:
Level 5 in Leadership for Adult Care (or equivalent)
Experience in supported living or adult social care management
Deep understanding of the Care Act, MCA, and safeguarding frameworks
Skilled communicator and team builder
Organised, emotionally intelligent, and committed to person-centred care
Full UK Driving Licence required
