Job Title: User Researcher
Location: Telford - 2 days on site
Duration: 6 months contract
Pay Rate: £402 per day all inc. (PAYE through FCSA Umbrella)
Job Description:
Experienced User Researcher needed on One Login to support ALL phases of One Login work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data analysis - Work with Performance Analysts (Client) to interpret performance data from various data sources (eg digital journey, support channels).
2. Research design & experimentation - Design and run A/B tests and controlled experiments to evaluate service changes, in collaboration with the HMRC Experimentation team. Develop hypotheses, define success metrics, and ensure statistical validity.
3. Qualitative integration & triangulation - Build processes for integrating qualitative insights with quantitative findings. Champion triangulation to ensure robust, multi-source evidence for decision-making.
