We're looking for a Soft Services / Help Desk Manager to join our Hinchingbrooke Treatment Centre team based in Hinchingbrooke, Huntingdon.

Location: Hinchingbrooke, Huntingdon – on-site working
Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 07:30–16:30 (1-hour unpaid lunch break) – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.


What will you be responsible for?

As a Soft Services / Help Desk Manager, you'll be working within the FM team, supporting them in delivering high-quality soft services and efficient helpdesk operations to meet the needs of the Trust.

Your day to day will include:

* Managing and leading all Soft Services operations, including Portering, Domestic Cleaning, Pest Control, and Window Cleaning
* Ensuring helpdesk requests are managed in a timely manner and KPIs are met
* Liaising with the client (SPV) and the Trust to maintain service compliance and quality standards
* Supporting, training, and developing your team, covering staff shortages when required
* Producing reports and maintaining accurate records on service delivery and performance


What are we looking for?

This role of Soft Services / Help Desk Manager is great for you if:

* You have proven experience managing and leading a team in Soft Services
* You have knowledge of workplace Health & Safety legislation and compliance
* You are organised, professional, proactive, and able to interact effectively with staff at all levels
* You have strong communication and IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint desirable)
* Flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent service in a healthcare environment
