Job Overview
Vision Products is seeking a dedicated and professional Contract Site Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily on‑site operations of our installation teams and ensuring tenants receive a seamless, high‑quality window fitting service. The successful candidate will act as a key link between installation teams, end customers and administrative staff, supporting smooth coordination to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Location
Based on site at our Pontyclun offices.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily on‑site operations of installation teams.
* Ensure tenants receive seamless, high‑quality window fitting service.
* Communicate effectively with installation teams, end customers and administrative staff.
* Manage on‑site situations and proactively resolve issues.
* Maintain high standards of service delivery at all times.
* Protect children and vulnerable adults as a core responsibility of all staff appointed to the Council.
Qualifications
* Experience in surveying within windows and doors.
* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
* Solid understanding of the fenestration industry.
* Confidence in managing on‑site situations and resolving problems.
