HR Advisor (Full-time, Permanent)
Location: Flexible across Central Belt with travel to regional offices.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing complex ER cases (up to 20 at peak) from start to finish.
* Coaching and upskilling line managers to handle people matters confidently.
* Leading proactive initiatives such as absence management, training, and engagement.
* Working across diverse teams and supporting multi‑site stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
* Experience handling ER cases.
* Ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
* CIPD Level 5 or working towards (desirable).
* Flexibility to travel.
