EQUANS are recruiting for a Contract Delivery Supervisor (Repairs and Voids) to be based in Leeds. This is a full-time permanent role working 42.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company van and benefits package.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Production Manager in delivering a high performing Voids Repairs and Maintenance Service, including monitoring a team of Trade Operatives and Sub-Contractors.
* Supervise a team of trade operatives and sub-contractors delivering a wide range of responsive and reactive maintenance jobs/projects.
* Ensure efficient use of resources, including job planning, appointments, resource allocation, materials, plant and equipment to meet service delivery targets.
* Highlight arrangements/proposals that will improve job control, operational performance, relationships with Client representatives and maximise utilisation of the Company’s IT system.
* Provide mentoring and guidance for the team; report back to the Production Manager as needed.
* Ensure activities meet quality management, health and safety, legal requirements, environmental policies and general duty of care; seek further advice where appropriate.
* Undertake appraisals to capture development needs and support succession planning.
* Mobilise or provide absence cover in accordance with your role.
* Notify the Production Manager of underperforming employees for coaching/mentoring/discipline as required to achieve standards and compliance with company policies.
* Recommend changes to improve performance based on weekly/daily KPI analysis.
* Maintain minimum resource levels to achieve internal commercial and safety targets without compromising customer requirements.
