The role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, responsibilities include:
14. Planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support across seven production lines
15. Electrical fault finding, component replacement and reading technical drawings
16. Mechanical maintenance including bearings, shafts, hydraulics and pneumatics
17. PLC fault interrogation (Siemens) checking inputs and outputs
18. Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the factory
What they’re looking for
To succeed as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will need:
19. Level 3 engineering qualification (NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical discipline
20. Experience within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
21. Strong fault-finding capability with electrical competency
22. Confidence working independently and as part of a team
