Learning Support Assistant – Primary SEN School

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our agency team, working in a welcoming Primary SEN school. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.
Role Responsibilities:
* Support pupils with a variety of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
* Provide tailored one-to-one or small group interventions.
* Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
* Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people, ideally within SEN or education settings.
* A calm, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply).
