We are seeking an Electrically Biased Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our day-shift team at our modern food production facility in Peterborough. Working Monday to Friday, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business that continues to invest heavily in advanced automation, modern equipment, and the development of its people. In this electrically focused position, you will play a key role in ensuring our production environment operates at peak performance. You’ll work extensively on a wide range of electrical systems, control panels, PLC-driven equipment, and modern line technology across our site. With frequent upgrades and new machinery installations, you will have the opportunity to expand your electrical skill set and work with cutting-edge equipment. You’ll be an experienced Electrical Bias Engineer with strong electrical engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent apprenticeship), confident working in fast-paced, high-volume environments. You’ll bring solid experience maintaining and optimising industrial machinery such as conveyor systems, bucket fillers and strapping machines, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm, proactive and positive under pressure. You’ll also be committed to continuous improvement, driving high standards and enhancing operational performance throughout the business.
