What We’re Looking For
Essential experience setting and operating 5-axis CNC machinery
Ability to work independently and safely within a manufacturing environment
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Positive attitude and team-focused approach
Desirable Experience
Siemens 840D controls
Breton machine experience
Composite machining
Basic G-Code knowledge
Use of measuring equipment/MSP
Experience using hand or air tools
Crane usage experience
The Role
Setting and operating CNC machinery
Supporting both existing production and development work
Working to tight tolerances and quality standards
Reporting machine or process issues when required
Maintaining safe working practices at all times
Attending shift/start-up meetings and contributing to team targets
