A fulfilling and exciting opportunity is available for a Team Leader to join our Association. The Team Leader will be based in our offices in Birmingham / West Bromwich.

Purpose of the role
* This is a key operational post contributing significantly to the management and development of Adullam's services.
* Working within the organisation's charitable aims and objectives, you will monitor the provision of services that deliver real change in the lives of vulnerable people, ensuring high standards.
* You will work to deliver outcomes outlined in Service, Corporate, and Regional Plans and contribute to the ability of services to involve service users and adapt to meet local needs effectively.
* As a management team member, you will ensure effective working relationships with internal and external colleagues (including volunteers, service users, community members, and partner agencies) and contribute to embedding and developing Adullam's values, culture, and ethos.
