We are seeking a qualified and passionate SEN Teacher to join this remarkable school community on a part-time basis (Wednesday to Friday). The Role: Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons tailored to meet the complex needs of students with Autisim. Collaborate closely with a skilled team of support staff, therapists, and senior leaders. Foster a positive, respectful, and stimulating learning environment where every pupil can thrive. Use creativity and compassion to support students’ holistic development and independence. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Proven experience working with students with Autism, SLD and other SEND needs, ideally within a specialist or alternative provision. Strong understanding of EHCPs, differentiated planning, and multi-sensory approaches. Resilience, adaptability and a genuine passion for inclusive education. Why Work with Us?
