We are looking to appoint a Logistics and Export Coordinator to support a busy manufacturing facility.
You will be:
* working office based Monday:Thursday 8am:04:30pm, Friday 8am:02.30pm
* liaising with sales team for processing sales orders
* ensuring compliance with import and export regulations
* generating shipping documents for clearance purposes and for shipment of dangerous goods
* calculating freight costs
* booking freight for UK and overseas shipments using transportation by sea, air and Land
* using systems for picking and dispatching orders and daily invoicing as well as booking:in customer returns
* completing general administration and filing of departmental information
You will need:
* knowledge of export processes, documentation and overseas customs requirements
