We’re looking for a Head of Digital Delivery & Operations to join our digital department delivering exceptional digital services that enhance overall member experience.
As Head of Digital Delivery & Operations, you will be a key strategic leader within our digital transformation journey, reporting directly to the Digital Director. This senior leadership role is critical to shaping and driving our digital delivery capabilities while ensuring operational excellence across our platforms. You'll be responsible for the build, implementation, and operational running of all digital services, including planning, training, piloting, and wider rollout to ensure seamless adoption and maximum business impact.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing strategic leadership for the end-to-end delivery of David Lloyd Club’s digital ecosystem.
* Driving technology, operational excellence, and the digital transformation agenda across the organization, delivering measurable business value.
* Transforming our delivery capabilities to meet evolving business needs and leading the evolution of our digital delivery methodologies.
* Establishing governance frameworks that balance speed with quality.
* Developing technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
* Overseeing the technical architecture and operational management of our digital platforms.
* Managing the Digital Support team to ensure optimal uptime, security, and resilience.
* Leading high-profile digital initiatives while managing multiple workstreams.
* Driving continuous performance improvements across all digital platforms.
* Negotiating and managing complex vendor contracts and SLAs.
* Championing the use of data and analytics to drive operational decisions.
* Leading the implementation of AI and emerging technologies.
* Leading robust budgeting and financial management processes.

Qualifications, skills, and experience required:
* Proven track record in senior digital or technology leadership roles
* Extensive experience in digital delivery within consumer-facing environments
* Success in managing B2C digital platforms and mobile applications
* Strong background in digital transformation and operational best practices
* Experience managing digital support teams to ensure uptime, security, and resilience
* Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
* Deep understanding of modern technology architectures and security requirements
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience implementing AI and emerging technologies
