Project Manager – (Retrofit / External Refurbishment) – Dundee

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in external refurbishment and retrofit works?
We’re working with a leading contractor who is expanding their site management team. Delivering a strong pipeline of retrofit and external wall insulation (EWI) contracts across Scotland, with immediate opportunities in Dundee.
The Role:
Due to recent contract awards and ongoing success in the retrofit market, our client is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee refurbishment projects. Working on occupied social housing properties, with a focus on external fabric upgrades such as roofing, EWI, and rendering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations including labour and subcontractor coordination.
* Drive project delivery in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations.
* Ensure clear communication with tenants via the Tenant Liaison Officer.
* Uphold site health & safety standards and compliance at all times.
* Work closely with the Contracts Manager to report progress and manage project risks.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience managing retrofit or refurbishment projects, ideally involving EWI, roofing, and render systems.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate site teams and subcontractors.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Confidence with multiple stakeholders, including residents, subcontractors, and client representatives.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality results in occupied residential environments.
