At Countrywide Surveying Services, we believe in continuous development and will support you throughout your career journey.You’ll build strong operational, contractual, and financial knowledge in residential surveying. Partnering with Weston College, you'll take part in online workshops and distance learning, covering topics such as leadership, communication, and self-management. Successfully completing the Level 5 Apprenticeship qualifies you to apply for membership with the Chartered Management Institute or the Institute of Leadership and Management. What you'll be doing: Lead and support real operational projects Identify opportunities to increase revenue and efficiency to drive business growth Gain exposure to key business areas such as Financial Planning, Quality, Health & Safety, HR, Customer Service, and Leadership Work with one of the UK’s largest Residential Surveying Firms with advanced tech infrastructure No two days will be the same—support Operational Managers and the Senior Leadership Team on diverse projects Drive innovation and proactive improvements across operations Deputise for the Director of Central Operations in site management and performance tasks What we’re looking for? Degree level qualification in Business or related subject Excellent communication skills with stakeholders of all levels of seniority A results driven focus to deliver against targets and deadlines A desire to spend a combination of time working within a non-office based and office based operational environment Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle albeit we will provide a contribution Why you’ll love it here?
