Job Description
* Acquire and manage a portfolio of employers and SMEs, acting as a key point of contact for onboarding, servicing, and upselling.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor benefit offerings, including payroll-linked insurance, financial wellness products, and more.
* Identify cross-sell opportunities across the firm's ecosystem, including asset management and investment offerings.
* Work closely with product and marketing teams to drive adoption and engagement.
* Ensure exceptional service delivery and relationship continuity, with a strong focus on retention and satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
* 3-8 years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking, SME lending, insurance distribution, or employee benefits.
* A strong network across HR decision-makers, SMEs, or institutional stakeholders in the UAE.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving product sets.
* Fluency in English; Arabic is highly desirable.
* UAE market knowledge is essential.
