Experienced leader with a record of building, mentoring and motivating sales teams
Commercially sharp, strategic and highly organised
Excellent negotiation and deal-closing ability
Ambitious and capable of helping a growing business reach national scale
Not from an estate agency background – this is a buying and investment-led environment
The Package
Up to £60,000 basic salary
OTE £100,000–£120,000 (profit-related pay + team commission overrides)
Private healthcare and pension scheme
