Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent, or related experience
* CNA license required
* Ability to lift at least 51 lbs and assist residents physically
* Proficiency in English
* Experience with residents with memory impairment is a plus
Responsibilities
* Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and activities of daily living
* Follow resident care plans
* Provide emotional and social support
* Support dining services and assist in the dining room if needed
* Be familiar with emergency procedures
* Maintain professionalism with residents, families, and coworkers
