The Leopold Hotel is a unique four-star Sheffield hotel. The Role
The Breakfast Chef will look after the preparation of our breakfast offering for the guests in our busy hotel - ensuring the food offering at breakfast is tasty and gives our guests the best start to their day. The role requires an early starter who will be reliable, organised and methodical with high quality food preparation standards. Previous experience as a breakfast chef is desirable and must have food hygiene/ HACCP experience.
The Breakfast chef will work two 8 hour shifts per week mainly with some additional hours from time to time to cover holidays and business peaks.
Whats involved in the role:
1. Preparation of breakfasts for our guests.
2. General food preparation and service and mise en place.
3. Maintaining food hygiene standards.
A person who may be suited to this role will have:
1. Previous Hotel or restaurant breakfast chef experience.
2. Knowledge and experience of food hygiene procedures.
