A leading BTR real estate company is seeking a reliable and hands-on Caretaker to join a residential estate team in Acton, West London. This is a key on-site role responsible for ensuring the estate is safe, clean, and well-presented at all times.
40 hours between Friday to Friday from 8am start to 5pm - No weekends required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure all bins are put out and collected on time, maintaining strict adherence to collection schedules
2. Oversee and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the estate, including communal areas and external grounds
3. Carry out general caretaking and minor maintenance tasks
4. Maintain bin stores, including regular cleaning and organisation
5. Keep pathways, entrances, and shared spaces clean, safe, and presentable
6. Report any issues, hazards, or repair needs to the wider property team
7. Support with general estate upkeep, including occasional painting and maintenance of external areas
About You
8. You must live locally to Acton, West London
9. Practical, proactive, and able to work independently
10. Comfortable with physical tasks, including moving and handling large bins
11. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards
12. Reliable, punctual, and organised
13. Previous caretaking or property maintenance experience is beneficial
