Insight Global is hiring for an IT Support Analyst in London. The IT Support Analyst will deliver end-to-end customer support of IT systems and software. Candidate will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line deskside services including onboarding/offboarding of personnel, setting up laptops and mobile phones, installing new software, software updates, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues via ticketing system. Candidate will be expected to close 150-200 tickets per month via ServiceNow ticketing system, or managing and escalating incidents to tier 3 teams. This team operates exclusively in an agile environment, running daily stand up sessions and two-week sprints. This role is based in Central London with the requirement of being onsite 3-days per week and the flexibility to work 2-days remotely. Working hours are 8-5PM GMT. Candidates must have great communication skills and a strong business acumen. Must be comfortable working independently but also in a team environment.

- Experience working with any ticketing systems; preferably ServiceNow
- Experience supporting a Windows environment
Office 365 Administration
Management of Microsoft Office products
- Basic Fundamentals of IT
In Addition:
- ServiceNow Ticketing system experience
This role on a Full-time basis offers a salary of up to £35,000 per annum.
