This full-time role offers the chance to support a KS1 pupil on a 1:1 basis with Autism, helping them engage with learning and daily routines in the classroom. The school provides excellent support, making this a fantastic opportunity for anyone with experience in SEN or looking to specialise further in this area. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support to a KS1 pupil with Autism Help manage routines, transitions and learning activities Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO Implement strategies from EHCP and behaviour plans Create a calm and engaging learning environmentYou Will Need: Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly Autism A calm, nurturing approach and strong behaviour management Confidence in adapting tasks to suit individual needs A proactive attitude and willingness to learnWhy Work with Long Term Futures?
