We are looking for an experienced Commercial & Business Development Manager who can drive growth and market share with current clients, lead a team, open new doors and connections and expand into new markets.
Ideally, you will have a solid knowledge of external building maintenance, facades, roofs or specialist access maintenance and a commercial understanding of how to drive growth. You may have a background within the facilities management, commercial cleaning or property maintenance sectors.

Your Role at a Glance
This is a senior, hands‑on role where you will lead the commercial function and drive growth across both existing clients and new business.
You Will
* Lead and develop a high‑performing commercial team.
* Build and strengthen long‑term client relationships at a strategic level.
* Grow existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
* Take ownership of commercial performance across key accounts (revenue, margin, retention, pipeline).
* Lead client engagement activity to unlock further growth opportunities.
* Oversee pricing strategy and contract negotiations to support sustainable profitability.
* Work closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless, joined‑up client experience.
* Use data, insight, and market awareness to drive performance and continuous improvement.
This is a role for someone who enjoys both the strategic and the day‑to‑day, equally comfortable shaping direction and being directly involved in client relationships and delivery.
