Who we’re looking for
4. Qualified Family Solicitor – 4 to 20+ years PQE
5. Experience in divorce and financial remedy work
6. Exposure to private children matter
7. Advocacy experience
8. Comfortable working with HNW and complex cases
9. Keen to support junior lawyers and engage in business development (Desirable)
10. Friendly, empathetic, and a team player
What you’ll be doing
11. Manage your own caseload of family matters including divorce, finances, children, and cohabitation issues
12. Deliver clear, compassionate legal advice to clients
13. Represent clients in family proceedings and attend court where needed
14. Help mentor and guide junior colleagues
15. Contribute to business development and help strengthen the team’s presence in York
16. Initially office-based, then hybrid working with 2 days from home once settled
Salary & Benefits
17. £45,000 – £60,000, depending on experience and level
